Casa Prema is located in central Portugal, just outside the village of Estremoz, surrounded by forest, vineyards, and wild beauty. Though it feels remote, the land is easily accessible by car and well-connected to Lisbon, Porto, and Coimbra.

The sanctuary rests on five acres of private land — peaceful, private, and completely immersed in nature. It’s a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what’s essential.
