Renato Koch is the founder of Casa Prema, a movement rooted in consciousness, healing, and a deep connection with nature. His personal journey began in 2000, when he immersed himself in the study and practice of meditation, energy healing, yoga, and ancient sacred philosophies. Alongside his spiritual exploration, Renato also built a thriving 15-year career in the corporate world—an experience that gave him insight into the fast-paced modern life and its disconnection from deeper purpose.

In 2016, guided by an inner calling, Renato made the bold decision to leave behind his corporate path in pursuit of something more meaningful. The following year, he founded Awakening Prema, inspired by the Sanskrit word Prema, which means unconditional love. This initiative marked the beginning of his dedication to sharing tools for inner awakening, including sound healing, meditation, yoga, and Reiki.

In 2021, Renato experienced another powerful shift. Feeling a profound call from nature, he left the urban landscape of Dubai and relocated to Portugal. There, he began to deepen his connection to the land and spirit, both metaphorically and literally—planting over 400 trees as a living symbol of renewal and commitment to the Earth. This transition laid the foundation for what is now Causa Prema, a sanctuary for healing, reconnection, and conscious living.

Today, Renato continues to guide others on their paths of self-discovery and healing, offering his presence, wisdom, and love through the practices he has cultivated over more than two decades.
