This biodiverse haven also shelters a dedicated bird sanctuary, creating a symphony of birdsong throughout the day.

At the heart of Casa Prema lies a spacious 300 m² house with 7 serene bedrooms and a large, welcoming living area designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation. Just steps away, a 55 m² geodesic wooden dome offers a warm and sacred space, perfect for yoga, sound healing, meditation, or group gatherings. It comfortably accommodates up to 18 yoga mats, harmonizing beautifully with the natural surroundings.

The grounds are rich with spaces for rest and reflection. A charming wooden deck in the house front garden, partially shaded by a stately fig tree, invites moments of stillness, outdoor practice or sunbathing, just next to a natural swimming pool draws from a pure spring water stream, flowing gently through a traditional tank before continuing onward to a serene lake. Here, a handcrafted stone waterfall offers a unique, invigorating outdoor shower experience.

Behind the main house, a small oak and cork trees forest opens up—a deeply meditative space ideal for walking, grounding, or silent contemplation. The land offers ample walking pathways and open spaces for nature walks, quiet observation, or simply being present with the rhythm of the earth.
