For three days, in the serenity of Casa Prema Retreat, we invite you to journey through presence, reconnection, and transformation. Surrounded by trees, birdsong, silence, and the natural beauty of the Alentejo, we create a safe space to slow down, open space for feeling, and remember the wisdom that has always existed within you.
Led by Renato Koch and Gustavito, this retreat combines live music, Sound Healing, Breathwork, guided meditations, gentle yoga practices, singing circles, mantras, the Inner Nature Portal Ceremony with musical chakra meditation, and moments of integration around the campfire.
Each experience has been carefully designed to guide a profound journey of listening, presence, expansion of consciousness, and integration, respecting the time and experience of each participant.

Gustavo Amaral, better known as Gustavito, is a Brazilian musician and singer-songwriter from Minas Gerais, dedicated to world music and healing music.
His sound is marked by his characteristic guitar style and contagious melodies that make everyone sing along. His musicality leads us to connect with what really matters. His various musical works can be enjoyed on streaming platforms.
For the past 8 years, the artist has been developing his own spiritual work, entitled "Musical Meditation of the Chakras". This work consists of a guided meditation through music, with original compositions received by Gustavo from an in-depth study of the Chakra system, the 7 main energy centers that we carry in our spiritual body, according to the Vedic tradition of ancient India. This experience has already taken place more than 50 times, the vast majority of them under the light of Forest Medicines.
The work has already been done in 7 different countries, in 4 different languages, and in 6 states of Brazil.

Over the years, this path has naturally evolved into working with powerful transformative tools such as sound healing, Reiki, conscious breathing, and yoga. Through direct experience and integration, Renato has developed an intuitive and grounded approach to facilitate inner transformation.
He is the founder of Casa Prema Retreat, a sacred space amidst nature, created to promote deep reconnection, healing, and awakening. His work invites people to experience profound states of presence, balance, and alignment with their true essence.
